The Engine · Atlanta practices
I come to your practice once a month, film with your providers and patients, and hand back Reels and YouTube videos finished and captioned. You show up. Everything else is mine.
From $3,500 a month. 90-day minimum. Patient Film Day clients get $1,000 credited.
Sound familiar?
“We post when someone remembers. Then nothing for three weeks.”
“Our front desk is doing the Reels between patients.”
“We tried an agency. It didn’t sound like us.”
“We have the expertise. We just can’t keep up with the content.”
How it works
A practice doesn’t need a content team. It needs one organized day a month and someone who turns that day into finished video. I bring the plan, the camera and the questions. Your providers talk about what they do every day; your happiest patients tell their stories. I leave with everything, and two weeks later you have a month of posts.
Your expertise is the content. My job is making it exist.
I spent years doing exactly this inside one Atlanta practice: hundreds of videos, Reels and podcast episodes, filmed in the gaps between patients and published every week. I know what a provider will actually say on camera, what a patient will share, and what a new patient keeps watching.
The monthly rhythm
A short call before the shoot. I bring the topics, built from the questions your patients ask, and a shot list. You pick the providers and patients.
Half a day or a full day at your practice. Providers answer real patient questions on camera; a patient tells their story; I capture B-roll of your space and team.
Within two weeks: every video finished, captioned and labeled by date, with a posting calendar. You post, or we set up your scheduler once and it posts itself.
Two ways to run it
Production is for practices that already know what they want to say and have someone deciding what to post. Full adds the strategy: what to make, why, and how it’s working.
I film, edit and package. You bring the plan.
$3,500/mo
Half day, 12 Reels. Or a full day with 4 YouTube videos + 12 Reels for $5,500/mo.
Everything in Production, plus I decide what we make and track what works.
$4,500/mo
Half day, 12 Reels. Or a full day with 4 YouTube videos + 12 Reels for $6,500/mo.
90-day minimum, then month to month. Pay the 90 days up front and save 10%. Patient Film Day clients who join within 30 days get $1,000 credited. Travel within the Atlanta area is included.
If your team shows up for the monthly shoot and I don’t deliver every video on the agreed date, I keep working at no charge until it’s all delivered. I can’t promise views or bookings; nobody honest can. I can promise the content exists, on time, every month.
I shoot, edit and package every Engine myself, so I run three practices at a time. 1 spot open.
Is this for you?
Questions
Reels bring people in; YouTube builds the trust that books them. If you’re starting, the half day of Reels is the right size. Once you have a provider who’s comfortable on camera, the full day adds four YouTube videos a month, and the Reels get cut from them.
You can, from the calendar I send with every file labeled. On Full, I set up a scheduler in month one so posting runs on its own.
We reschedule once within the month. If the month is missed entirely, it rolls into the next one. Everything is built around one dependable day.
You do, before anything is posted. I’m careful with claims and wording, but your team always has final approval on clinical content.
Yes, if you already know video works for you. If you don’t, a Patient Film Day is the cheaper way to find out, and $1,000 of it carries into the Engine.
Month one is setup and the first batch. Month two is where the system settles. By month three you can see what’s working. Shorter than that and we’d be judging it before it had a chance.
Your next step
A 20-minute call. We’ll look at who could be on camera, what your patients ask, and which size makes sense. No pitch deck.

P.S. Haven’t done a Patient Film Day yet? Start there. Three patient stories in one afternoon, and $1,000 of it comes with you into the Engine.
