Remote YouTube editing
Most editors make your video look good. I make it get watched. 1,000+ YouTube videos taught me what holds attention and what loses it. With AI as my assistant editor, you get that judgment without agency prices.
$750 paid pilot, credited toward your first month. No retainer until you’ve seen the work.
Sound familiar?
“I have five videos recorded and none of them are out.”
“My last editor made it look nice. It still got 200 views.”
“I spend more time giving notes than it would take to edit it myself.”
“I just want to create and have someone else handle the rest.”
Watch first
The difference
Anyone can remove the ums and add captions. The hard part is the judgment: which opening keeps people past the first 30 seconds, where the story drags, which moment deserves the Short, and what to cut even though you loved saying it.
I’ve shot and edited more than 1,000 YouTube videos, including around 500 for Dr. Jeffrey Butts, a channel with about a million views, plus product and brand work for consumer companies. I know what works because I’ve seen what doesn’t, over and over.
You don’t need someone to make it look good. You need someone who knows why people stop watching.
AI handles the mechanical parts: transcripts, rough assembly, clean-up. That keeps my time cheap. Every cut, every pacing decision and every opening is still mine.
The difference
How it works
Film the way you already do. I’ll send a one-page checklist so your footage comes in clean.
Drop your files in our shared folder. That’s your whole job.
Your finished video and its Short come back on the agreed date. One person sends notes, I make the changes, you post.

Questions
A real edit on your real footage is the only honest way for both of us to see if it works. It costs $750, and it’s credited in full toward your first month if you continue.
We set fixed delivery dates when you start. Most videos come back within a few business days of upload.
Yes, as an assistant: transcripts, rough assembly and clean-up. Every creative decision is mine, and nothing generated is passed off as real footage.
Thumbnails are part of Editing + YouTube Strategy, where I plan the video and its packaging together. With editing only, I’ll suggest the frame and title direction.
Yes. That’s Editing + YouTube Strategy: a brief for every video, thumbnails, a channel rebrand and coaching. Many clients add it after their first month or two of editing.
It’s month to month after your first month. Give 30 days’ notice to stop.
