The Engine · Atlanta practices
A month of social media, long-form video and photography, filmed at your practice around your schedule, with a plan tied to bookings. I plan it, film it, edit it, and we review the numbers every month. Open to a few practices at a time.
Start with three months; most practices stay the year. Scope and investment on a 20-minute call. Patient Film Day clients get a credit toward it.
Sound familiar?
“We post when someone remembers. Then nothing for three weeks.”
“Our front desk is doing the Reels between patients.”
“We tried an agency. It didn’t sound like us.”
“We have the expertise. We just can’t keep up with the content.”
How it works
A practice doesn’t need a content team. It needs a few organized shoots a month and someone who turns them into finished video. I bring the plan, the camera and the questions. Your providers talk about what they do every day; your happiest patients tell their stories. I leave with everything, and two weeks later you have a month of posts.
Your expertise is the content. My job is making it exist.
I’ve spent years doing exactly this for practices and brands: hundreds of videos, Reels and podcast episodes, filmed in the gaps between patients and published every week. I know what a provider will actually say on camera, what a patient will share, and what a new patient keeps watching.
The monthly rhythm
A monthly strategy call. We plan the month’s filming around what the business needs: short-form, a service or product, the team, a patient story.
Half or full days at your practice, scheduled around your patients. Providers, treatments, team, patients. I direct, shoot and record sound myself.
Everything edited, captioned and delivered on a release calendar. On the top tier, I post and write the copy too.
Monthly analytics: what brought inquiries, what to film next. The plan changes with the numbers.

Strategy
Every practice wants something different from content. That decides where it goes, what we film, and what each video has to do. If you’re not sure yet, we work it out together on the first call.
If you want
Other practices, physicians and businesses sending people your way. The plan leans on LinkedIn and Instagram: your expertise, your team, the work behind the scenes.
If you want
People who walk in believing it will work for them. The plan leans on YouTube and Instagram: the questions patients ask before they book, answered by you and by your patients.
If you want
Reach beyond your city, a following, a name people know. The plan leans on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube: volume, personality and short-form that travels.
One more thing, because it matters: you own the message and the medical accuracy. I own the creative calls: what we film, how it’s cut, the titles and the thumbnails. That’s the part you’re paying for, and it’s where practices that “just want a videographer” lose.
Three packages
Each package is built around what you get every month, not hours on a calendar, and every one includes strategy: the bigger the package, the further ahead we plan. I film in half or full days around your schedule, so nobody has to close for a shoot. Investment is set on a 20-minute call once I know your practice.
A consistent content base, and the first link between visibility and leads.
Authority and consistency: an audience that tunes in weekly, and an email list that grows with it.
The full system: content, posting, copy, newsletters and launches, run for you.
Three months to start, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Commit to a full year and your rate drops and stays locked. Patient Film Day and Brand Film clients get a credit toward the first month. Travel within the Atlanta area is included.
If your team shows up for the scheduled shoots and I don’t deliver every piece on the release calendar, I keep working at no charge until it’s all delivered. I can’t promise views or bookings; nobody honest can. I can promise the content exists, on time, every month.
I shoot, edit and package every Engine myself, so I run three practices at a time. 1 spot open.
Is this for you?
Questions
As little as possible, scheduled around your patients. We film in half days or full days, whichever your calendar allows, and plan the month’s shoots on the monthly call: short-form, a service or the team, and on Market Domination a patient story. Nobody has to close the practice for a shoot.
You can, from the calendar I send with every file labeled. On Full, I set up a scheduler in month one so posting runs on its own.
Scheduling is flexible; we plan each month’s shoots together. A missed shoot moves within the month. If a month is missed entirely, it rolls into the next one.
You do, before anything is posted. I’m careful with claims and wording, but your team always has final approval on clinical content.
Some of it, yes. The Practice Video Playbook is the plan I run, free, built for a phone and your team. If your team can keep it up every month, keep it. If it becomes the thing that never gets done, that’s what the Engine is for.
Yes, if you already know video works for you. If you don’t, a Patient Film Day is the cheaper way to find out, and part of it is credited toward the Engine.
Yes. Every package starts with a three-month term. That’s the test: month one is setup, month two the rhythm settles, and by month three you’ve seen the content, the numbers and how we work together. After that it’s month to month with 30 days’ notice. Once you’ve seen three months and want to commit to a full year, your rate drops and stays locked for the year, and you already know exactly what you’re getting.
It depends on what you want: referrals, new patients who already trust you, or a big audience. Each goal points to different platforms, and I’ll tell you which on the first call. Every package can include YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook; the plan decides the mix.
You set the goal and approve anything clinical. I decide the creative: what we film, how it’s edited, the titles and thumbnails. That judgment is what you’re hiring, and the practices that get results are the ones that let it work.
You do. Every film, Reel, photo and the raw footage is yours, during the partnership and after it.
Your next step
A 20-minute call. We’ll look at who can be on camera, what your patients ask, and which package makes sense. No pitch deck.

P.S. Haven’t done a Patient Film Day yet? Start there. One patient’s story, told like a documentary, and part of it comes with you into the Engine.
