Patient stories for Atlanta practices

Your new patients are asking one question. Will it work for me?

A bio page can’t answer it. Star ratings can’t answer it. A real patient can, on camera, in their own words, telling the story a nervous new patient needs to hear.

Here’s the thing nobody wants to say out loud

The most expensive problem in your practice isn’t your prices.

It isn’t your treatments or your team either. It’s the quiet “will it work for me?” running through a new patient’s head the whole time they’re hesitating to book.

Most practices explain what they do on camera. “We do PRP.” “We do injectables.” “We do Invisalign.” They skip why a patient actually trusted them. And that skipped part is where bookings live.

People don’t book because they understand the procedure. They book because they saw someone like them come out the other side.

Someone with the same hesitation, the same fear, the same “is this worth it” feeling, saying it worked. That’s the moment the anxiety breaks.

AI can’t generate that. Stock video can’t fake it. A real patient telling a real story is the one thing nobody can copy.

Why a patient on camera works

Reviews, referrals and before-and-afters are how patients choose. A story is all three.

81%

of patients check Google reviews before choosing a med spa or aesthetic provider.

Growbi, 2026
47%

of first-time med spa patients name a friend or family member as the reason they came in.

AmSpa, via ScaleHaven
68%

of med spa patients say before-and-after results are the most influential factor in choosing a provider.

Webtonic, 2026

A patient telling their story on camera is a review, a referral and a before-and-after in one piece, told by a person your next patient can recognize.

Patient Film Day

Three patients. One afternoon. Proof you can use next week.

You don’t need a marketing system to start. You need three real patients on camera and a clear place to put each one. That’s what a Patient Film Day is.

Patient stories above, each built around one doubt a new patient has

1

Person directing, shooting and editing. No hand-offs.

Making hundreds of videos for one practice taught me what actually moves a nervous patient: not the procedure explained again, but another patient saying “I was scared too, and here’s what happened.” A story that answers the right worry, with a clear next step behind it, is what books. That’s what I build for every practice.

You don’t need more content. You need one story that does the selling while you do the work.

How it works

Booked on a call. Done in two weeks.

01

Plan

A 20-minute call. We choose the three doubts and the three patients. You invite them with the words I give you; each signs a release before we film.

02

Shoot

One afternoon at your practice. I direct each conversation so your patients relax and the real story comes out. Not a stiff Q&A, not a testimonial hostage video.

03

Place

Seven business days later: three testimonials, three clips and your placement plan. We put the first one on your site together on the delivery call.

The investment

Start with a Patient Film Day. Grow into the full story.

Signature Story

One patient’s full story, told like a documentary, with everything built around it.

$9,500

Half reserves production. The balance is due before final delivery.

  • Trust audit + patient selection
  • Full production day with B-roll
  • 3–5 min film + 60–90s version
  • 3 proof clips + 15/30/60s ad versions
  • Written story, quote graphics, activation plan
  • 2 revision rounds + Story Confidence Guarantee
Ask about a Signature Story

Patient Film Day clients who later want a Signature Story get $1,000 off it. Most practices start with the Patient Film Day.

StoryConfidence
Guarantee

You’re never stuck with a film you can’t use.

If, after your included revisions, you don’t feel the film truly represents your patient’s experience and is strong enough to use with real confidence in your marketing and sales, I keep refining from the footage we already shot, at no extra creative fee, until it matches the story we agreed on.

I direct, shoot and edit every Patient Film Day myself, so I book a few a month. 2 dates left this month.

Is this for you?

Built for practices where trust is what people buy.

This is for you if…

  • You run a high-ticket practice in or near Atlanta
  • People hesitate before booking
  • You have happy patients
  • You want trust working for you instead of against you

This isn’t for you if…

  • You just want an editor for raw footage
  • You need new video every week right now. That’s the Engine, and a Patient Film Day is the best way to start it.
  • Nobody on your team is willing to put a real patient on camera

Questions people ask before booking

Before you ask.

Do I need to be on camera?

No. Your patients are the stars. I help you pick people who come across naturally, and I direct them through it. If you’d like to appear briefly, we can add a short intro.

What if I can’t find three patients?

Almost every practice has three happy patients who’d say yes with the right ask. You make the first ask; I give you the exact words. If you only have two, we film two and the third spot goes to you or a team member.

What about patient privacy?

Each patient signs a release before we film, and nothing is published until you approve the final film. Your team checks any clinical claims before anything goes live.

How long does it take?

A Patient Film Day is one afternoon, with finished files seven business days later. A Signature Story is a full production day, with everything delivered within three to four weeks of the shoot.

Why not just use my existing testimonials?

A star rating and a 10-second clip tell someone you’re competent. A real story tells them you’ll understand them. It’s the difference between “they’re legit” and “they’re for me.” One books. The other sits on a page.

We don’t have a marketing system. Is this still worth it?

That’s who the Patient Film Day is for. You don’t need a funnel to put a patient on your website, your Google profile and the email you send after a consult. The placement plan tells you exactly where each video goes, and we place the first one together.

What happens after a Patient Film Day?

Most practices use the three stories for months. If you want new video every month, Patient Film Day clients can move into the Engine: one shoot day a month, Reels and YouTube videos, with $1,000 credited from your Patient Film Day.

What’s the difference between a Patient Film Day and a Signature Story?

A Patient Film Day gives you three short testimonials fast. A Signature Story follows one patient’s whole experience, with B-roll, a 3–5 minute film, ad versions and a written story. Many practices start with a Patient Film Day and film a Signature Story once they see what the testimonials do.
